materials designed for the manufacturing processes
of stamping, body shop and paint applications.
Utilizing the most current thermoplastic and
thermosetting technologies, hot melts are used
to bridge metal gaps or seal difficult areas.
Hot Melts are used on metal seams that must
withstand the intrusion of water and wind.
Hot Melts are available in extruded or injected
molded forms, and come in strips, ropes, die-cuts,
or can be made into any customized shape and
size.
Hot melts are typically shipped in dry form,
but adhesives can be applied to the product
for use in vertical applications.
Heat-activated, hot melts are highly versatile
products as their flow rate can be adjusted
to accommodate individual manufacturer’s
baking times and temperatures.
