DeNOVUS™ Pumpable Sealers are a line of high performance materials. Some versions may also be considered semi-structural materials.

Pumpables are designed to activate in the electro-coat or paint ovens of an assembly process.

Pumpable Sealers are available in a wide range of products including expandable, weldable, and semi-structural versions. They are warm applied and are heat activated during the assembly process.

The flow rate for some versions can be adjusted for different uses, such as higher flow rates for hard to reach areas.

All pumpable sealers are compatible with many electro-coat systems. They adhere well to oily metals and electro-coated surfaces. They are solvent-free, have good wash-off resistance, and offer good corrosion protection. Some versions are also weldable.
